What a dossier is for
One dossier per pleading, hearing or proceeding. It holds the documents, claims, events and contradictions you need for it, numbered as exhibits with the matter’s prefix, so the material for one filing is in one place.
What you can do
- Add items with the folder button on any list, or ask the assistant to add them.
- Mark each item: key, relevant or background, disputed or not, favourable or adverse, with a note.
- Set the issues you have to prove on the proof chart and attach the evidence for and against each.
- Export the chronology, the statement of facts, the evidentiary motion and a PDF evidence bundle, with names redacted if you need.
What Legalnaut does on its own
- Every filed document is weighed against the open issues of the proof chart, and evidence for or against appears as a suggestion.
- A new pleading or order in the dossier’s proceeding can propose new issues to prove.
- Nothing enters a dossier without your decision: you accept or dismiss every suggestion.
