What counts as a page

Three rules, and the count is on the file before anything is analysed. A page is counted once, when the file first enters the case; opening, searching and quoting it afterwards cost nothing.

A PDF OR A SCAN

One page of the file is one page. A 40-page pleading is 40 pages; a stamped one-page receipt is one.

E-MAIL, WORD, TEXT

About 400 words make a page. A short message is one page, however long the thread it sits in.

A RECORDING

One minute is one page. A two-hour hearing recording is 120 pages, transcript included.

A file the pool cannot cover is not refused and not billed. It waits, stored, and starts its analysis on its own when a pack arrives or the month turns. A duplicate of a file already in the case never costs a page.

What you never pay for

Most software in this market charges by the seat or by the gigabyte, which punishes a firm for growing and a case for being large. The page is the only thing here that costs us something per file, so it is the only thing you pay for.

Users: Add the whole team. A seat costs nothing, so there is no reason to share a login.
Storage: Keep the scans, the recordings and the exports in the workspace. We do not bill by the gigabyte.
Chat and search: Ask the file as many questions as the case needs. Reading a document again is free.
Drafts, dossiers and briefings: A pleading draft, a witness dossier, a client update or the case against you: generated from the file at no page cost.
Exports and reports: Chronologies, bundles and the case report are part of the plan, not a line on the invoice.
Retention: The file stays as long as you do. If a plan lapses the workspace turns read-only, and nothing is deleted on a schedule.
OCR and transcription: A scan and a recording cost the same page as a typed document. Nothing extra for making them readable.

How does the free trial work?

14 days and 1,000 pages of analysis, no card. You get the full analysis on a real case file. When the trial ends nothing is deleted; the workspace becomes read-only until you pick a plan, and everything you imported is still there.

What counts as a page?

One page of a PDF or scan is one page. For e-mail, Word and plain text, about 400 words make a page. For a recording, one minute is one page, transcript included. The count is on the file before anything is analysed, and it is counted once: opening, searching and quoting the document afterwards cost nothing. A duplicate of a file already in the case is never counted.

What happens when I run out of pages?

Nothing is refused and nothing is analysed behind your back. A file the pool cannot cover waits, stored, and starts its analysis on its own when pages arrive. You can add a pack of 5,000 pages for $129 from the billing screen, valid 12 months on any plan, or wait for the pool to reset with the month. The dashboard shows how many pages are left.

Do unused pages roll over?

The monthly pool does not; it resets at the start of each month. Pages from a pack you bought do: they stay valid for 12 months and are used only after the monthly pool.

Do you charge per user or per gigabyte?

No. Add the whole team; a seat costs nothing. Keep the scans and recordings in the workspace; we do not bill by the gigabyte. Chat, search, exports and keeping the file are not metered either. The page is the only thing that costs us something per file, so it is the only thing you pay for.

How do extra cases work?

Each client file lives in its own workspace, with nothing queryable across two of them. Practice includes five cases sharing one pool of 10,000 pages a month, and another case costs $49 a month. Firm has no limit on cases. Solo is one case.

Is there a limit on how long you keep my file?

No. No plan puts a time limit on case material, and nothing deletes it on a schedule. If a subscription lapses the workspace becomes read-only and stays readable and exportable; deleting it is a step you take yourself.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, from the billing screen. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. Page packs you bought stay with the workspace whatever the plan.

What is included in Enterprise?

Your own installation, your own model-provider keys, and the limits, hosting arrangement and review process your practice needs. Because the AI runs on your keys, Enterprise sees every cost down to the document. It exists because some practices have requirements a published plan cannot answer.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes, at 20% less than paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual whenever you change plan.
